It's the Vest

I definatly love this outfit. It's very simple at first, but there you look at it and you're like "Whoa... there are all these different parts to this outfit!" These are some of my favorite shorts, they are super comfortable and with the color they go with so many different things. The vest has to the best thing about this outfit. It spices everything else up a little, rather than just wearing a regular tank and shorts. It gives the outfit some attitude. I paired it all with just a simple pair of rainbows. They always look good no matter what you are wearing.
